Orgasmic Meditation (Om for short), is a partnered, goalless meditation practice focused on feeling. A women’s clitoris is stroked (by a man or woman), gently and deliberately for 15 minutes, creating intimacy, connection, and shared sensation.
I first heard about Om a year ago from a friend. It sounded a bit “out-there” even to me—a woman with an adventurous streak—but my intuition was an immediate yes to giving it a try. I learned how to Om and within 6 weeks of practicing OM, I had healed myself of 20 years of pelvic-pain issues.
Om has been a life-changing practice that has enhanced all aspects of my life.
