Sex and Relationship Coach
Before working with Sarah, I had never been able to have a orgasm and felt frustrated with my body and sad that I was missing out on what most other women seemed to be able to experience. After coaching with Sarah and practicing the somatic sexuality practice that Sarah taught me, my sexual experiences really opened up. I felt a lot more in my own body and with my partners. I did experience climax with a partner, and I learned more about desire, and what my body is capable of experiencing.
Working with Sarah saved my relationship. My partner and I were on the verge of breakup over my inability to want and enjoy sex. Through working with Sarah, I learned simple yet powerful shifts that my partner and I could make in our approach to sex, and it made all the difference.
Sex has always been painful for me, and after just five sessions with Sarah, using her somatic sexuality practice, I became completely pain free. I’m now enjoying sex (and even having orgasms, something I could not do before working with Sarah). I am so grateful for her help, it changed my life.
I grew up in a family where anything about sex was seen as sinful and shameful. So, as an adult I felt intense shame and guilt about any of my sexual desires and could never enjoy sex. Then, I found Sarah. During our first session, Sarah took me through a process for releasing shame and by the end of the session I could not believe how light and free I felt. It felt like 100 pounds of shame had been lifted off my shoulders. As we continued to work together and the cross-wire between shame and sex dissolved more and more, I started, for the first time in my life, actually enjoying sex. I’m so grateful for Sarah’s help and highly recommend working with her.
Before working with Sarah, sex was always painful and nothing I did helped shift that. Through my work with Sarah and using her somatic sexuality method and breathing practices, I was able to have pain-free penetration for the first time ever. Sarah is a loving and compassionate coach who I always feel comfortable working with, which is important given the vulnerability of working on issues around sexuality. I highly recommend her.
